Faults and solutions generated in the operation of fan coil

In actual operation, engineering, fan coil systems often will be some failures, resulting in room air conditioning load decreases, less than the design temperature requirements. Use the fan coil number, dispersed installation, maintenance and repair is not in place will seriously affect their effectiveness. Therefore, the problems and failures in the operation of fan coil produced to be able to accurately determine the cause and to be resolved quickly.

First, the fan does not turn
Reason:
(1) power;
(2) low voltage;
(3) Incorrect wiring or loose terminals;
(4) failure or poor motor capacitor;
(5) switch is defective.
Solution:
(1) identify the reasons for or wait for restoration;
(2) check Cheongju reason, restore normal voltage;
(3) with a multimeter to check wiring and repair;
(4) to repair or replace the motor, capacitor check multimeter after use;
(5) repair or replace the switch.

Second, the fan speed but no wind or less wind
Reason:
(1) power supply voltage is not normal;
(2) reverse;
(3) There was blocked outlet;
(4) wheel anti-loaded;
(5) the air filter clogging.
Solution:
(1) identify the cause and restore the voltage to normal;
(2) changing the wiring or replace the motor;
(3) the removal of obstacles;
(4) the impeller being installed;
(5) Cheongju wash the air filter.

Third, bad cold (hot) wind effect
Reason:
(1) valve opening is not enough;
(2) coil blockage;
(3) coils inside the air;
(4) power supply voltage falls;
(5) A clogged air filter;
(6) for (cold, hot) water shortage or abnormal temperature;
(7) Fan reversal;
(8) delivery, return air obstacles;
(9) airflow short circuit or uneven distribution of indoor air, improper equipment selection;
(10) temperature adjustment inappropriate.
Solution:
(1) Re-adjust the valve opening;
(2) Cheongju sweep discharge tube;
(3) the discharge of air from the bleed valve;
(4) identify the reasons for recovery voltage;
(5) Cheongju washed filters;
(6) regulating the water supply valve, check water temperature, adjust the cold (hot) source;
(7) the removal of obstacles to re-wiring;
(8) the removal of obstacles and adjust the air;
(9) To re-elect fan coil;
(10) to adjust the air quality.

Fourth, there are fan coil vibration and noise
Reason:
(1) fan coil poor installation;
(2) fan coil housing poor installation;
(3) fixing the fan loose parts;
(4) Duct on a foreign body;
(5) the fan motor is faulty;
(6) fan blades damaged;
(7) Outlet grille louvers loose
(8) Fan coil within air
(9) chilled water (hot water) flow rate is too high;
(10) into the water mixed with a large amount of air (air into the water system to form water hammer).
Solution:
(1) in accordance with the relevant standards and specifications, re-installation and adjustment of fan coil;
(2) Re-install the fan coil housing;
(3) identify the reasons for the fastening and adjustment of loose parts;
(4) removal of foreign matter on the way the wind;
(5) Repair or replacement of the motor;
(6) replace the fan impeller;
(7)Tightening or adjusting blinds fan outlet;
(8) to exclude the air within the heat exchanger fan coil;
(9) Check the water flow rate, and will adjust the normal water flow rate;
(10) Remove air in water

Fifth, leaking
Reason:
(1) poor precision air conditioning installation, drain pan tilt;
(2) leaking pipes;
(3) tube and condensate water dripping.
Solution:
(1) adjusted as required;
(2) replacement of water pipes;
(3) condensate water pipe should be re-insulation.

Sixth, the outer casing surface condensation
Reason:
(1) inside the enclosure damaged insulation;
(2) the housing when assembled in contact with the flame, the insulation has been burnt;
(3) fan coil casing seams have cold air leakage;
(4) indoor dew point temperature is too high.
Solution:
(1) repair the insulation inside the cabinet;
(2) the installation, do not make direct contact with the flame chassis repair, insulation will burn re-wrap;
(3) the leakage at the housing repaired;
(4) on the indoor dehumidified.

Seven, the outlet of a foreign body blow
Reason:
(1) due to corrosion caused by the fan blade surface corrosion products;
(2) air filter damaged, deteriorated;
(3) housing insulation material damage, deterioration;
(4) Too much dust in the fan coil.
Solution:
(1) replace the fan;
(2) Replace the air filter;
(3) the replacement of insulation material;
(4) cleaning dust inside the fan coil .
